MONETABRIEF – Sri Lanka Short tenor Treasuries yields fell at Wednesday's auction with lower volumes of 12-month bills sold to raise 140 billion rupees, data from the state debt office shows.
The 3-month yield fell to 9.77 percent from 9.86 percent with 72.8 billion rupees of bills sold, higher than the 55 billion offered.
The 6-month yield fell from 9.99 percent from 10.21 percent with all offered 50 billion rupees being sold.
The 12-month bill fell to 10.19 percent from 10.20 percent, with only 17.19 billion out of 35 billion being sold.
