Hemas made the purchase through Atlas Axillia Company (Pvt) Ltd, its school supplies and stationery unit for 16.2 million dollars, the group said in a stock exchange filing.
Hemas said Twiga was the owner of "well-known stationery and learning brands" in Kenay.
