Sri Lanka Rupee Weakens to 330.90/10 to US Dollar, Bond Yields Steady

MONETABRIEF – Sri Lanka's rupee weakened to 330.90/10 to the US dollar in the spot market Wednesday, from 330.65/75 a day earlier, dealers said as bond yields were steady.

A bond maturing in 15 October 2028 closed at 10.50/60 percent, down from yesterday's 10.65/70 percent.

A bond maturing in 15 December 2029 closed at 10.80/11.00 percent.

A bond maturing in 01 August 2030 closed at 11.25/33 percent, up from yesterday's 11.15/25 percent.

A bond maturing in 15 October 2030 closed at 11.35/40 percent.

A bond maturing in 01 February 2031 closed at 11.40/54 percent.

A bond maturing in 15 December 2032 closed at 11.70/80 percent.

A bond maturing in 13 October 2034 closed at 12.02/10 percent. (Colombo/Oct07/2028)
