MONETABREIF – Diesel and Motor Engineering Plc has won a contract to supply 200 single cab trucks for Sri Lanka Police, Minister Nalinda Jayatissa said.
Each truck was priced at 4.785 million rupees, before value added tax.
Dimo will supply Tata Yodha Pick up trucks.
The contract was awarded after competitive bidding.
Seven parties had responded to the tender. (Colombo/Oct21/2026)
