MONETABRIEF – Sri Lanka's Treasury bill yields rose across maturities, at Wednesday auction with the 12-month yield rising 5 basis points, data from the state debt office showed.
The 3-month yield rose 2 basis points to 9.20 percent from 9.18 percent, with all offred 20 billion rupees sold.
The 6-month yield rose 1 basis point to 9.37 percent from 9.36 percent, with 19.52 billion rupees of the offered 25 billion rupees sold.
The 12-month yield rose 5 basis points to 9.93 percent from 9.88 percent, with 10.36 billion rupees of the offered 15 billion rupees sold. (Colombo/Sept25/2026)
