MONETABRIEF – Sri Lanka's Treasury bill yields fell across maturities at Wednesday's auction, with all 140 billion offered being sold, data from the state debt office showed.
The 3-month yield fell 22 basis points to 9.22 percent, with all 55 billion in offered bills sold.
The 6-month yield fell 18 basis points to 9.60 percent will all 45 billion rupees in offered bills sold.
The 12-month bill fell 10 basis points to 9.91 percent with all 40 billion rupees in offered bills sold.
All three maturities are offered on tap till August 20. Settlement is on August 21. (Colombo/Aug19/2026)
