MONETABRIEF – Sri Lanka's Pan Asia Bank is offering to sell up to 5 billion rupees in 3 and 5 year fixed rate debt which will be publicly listed, the Colombo Stock Exchange said.
In Type A, PABC was 3-year unsecured, redeemable debt which will pay 12.75 percent.
In Type B, the bank was offering 5 year debt which will pay 13.50 percent a year.
The bank will initially offer 20 million 100 rupee debt securities which will be upsized to by another 20 million if the initial issue is oversubscribed.
If the 4 billion rupee threshold is reached, anther 10 million will be offered to take the total to 5 billion rupees.
The issue opens on October 01. (Colombo/Sept26/2026 - Corrected 5 -year debt is 13.50-pct not 13.75-pct)
