MONETABRIEF – US based Ashbury Advanced Materials has gained ultimate control Bogala Graphite of Sri Lanka, following the change of ownership of a unit of its current parent, AMG of Germany.
The key shareholder of Bogala Graphite was Graphit Kropfmuhl GmbH, a unit of AMG Critical Materials NV.
AMG has transferred all of the shares of Graphit Kropfmuhl to Asbury Advanced Materials Group, which was formerly known as Asbury Carbons Inc, Bogala said in a statement.
Bogala Graphite owns a mine in Sri Lanka the produced high quality vein graphite. (Colombo/Ju29/2026)
