MONETABRIEF – Vietnam's Vietjet Air is starting flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Maldives with a stopover in Sri Lanka from December 05, with bookings now open for passengers.
Vietjet will fly to Male three times a week Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday using Airbus A320 aircraft, Vietnam's Baoxaydung news portal reported.
The flights will depart from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City at 7:05 (local time), land at Colombo at 10:50 (local time).
The flight will depart Colombo to Maldives at 12:15 (local time) and land at Malé International Airport, Maldives at 13:10 (local time).
The aircraft will depart the Maldives at 14:10 (local time), land at Colombo at 16:05 (local time).
It will leave Colombo to Ho Chi Minh City at 17:05 (local time), landing in Ho Chi Minh City at 23:50 on the same day (local time).
