MONETABRIEF - The US dollar was quoted at 228.80/85 rupees in the spot market Wednesday narrower from 328.70/329.00 in the spot market while some yields of mid-tenors in the belly of the curve moved up, dealers said.
The debt office is offering 80 billion rupees of bills at the auction Wednesday.
One September 11, a 150 billion rupees of 2030, 2034 and 2037 bonds will be offered.
A bond maturing on 01.08.30 was quoted at 10.80/70 percent.
A bond maturing on 15.10.30 was quoted at 10.75/85 percent.
A bond maturing on 01.12.31 was quoted at 11.05/20 percent.
A bond maturing on 15.12.32 was quoted at 11.25/45 percent up from 11.20/11.30 percent.
A bond maturing on 01.11.33 was quoted at 11.75/90 percent.
A bond maturing on 15.10.34 was quoted at 11 85/90 percent up from 11.75/11.85 percent.
A bond maturing on 15.08.36 was quoted at11.85/93 percent
