MONETABRIEF – The Sri Lanka rupee was quoted at 329.00/390.10 to the US dollar, weaker from 328.60/328.70 to the dollar, while bond yields edged up, amid slightly bearish conditions, dealers said.

A worsening in the Middle East war, higher oil prices and rate hikes in the advanced nations were balance by better fiscal policy at home, dealers said.
